just ride it out if it goes away and your back to normal- I'd pay attention to
what happens the day or days before you symptoms start kicking in. Possibly there's a correlation there to some activity. Maybe you're a scout master or 11 year old scout master. you get sick a day or two after working with the little bundles of joy.
