What's gone on the last few years in Utah. And for us that's a good thing. We've always been favored in the Utah game. Bronco had a really bad year last year especially as a "defensive specialist". Kyle was literally on the brink of losing his job going into to last year and despite the Wazzu lost had a dang good year with his back against the wall. There is no way K Whitt shouldn't be on that list. If you're in the national media and put a list out like that how do you put Bronco ahead of Whitt? The answer is despite Utah being P5 BYU's brand still carries weight.

I think a good example of this is Tim Montimeyer. If you paid attention when he first got to SLC he was praising Bronco, said all the same cliches the national guys say when they have to pay attention to BYU for a week or so doing one of our games for ESPN or something. Now he's a few years in and he's calmed down a bit on Bronco having had a closer look. Certainly not saying he stinks but it's been a noticeable difference.
