Warts are super frustrating in that they can be very recalcitrant to any treatment. Go to a podiatrist or dermatologist office with warts on the plantar foot and the doc instinctively thinks "oh no here we go again"

There is no doctor I know of that uses cimetidine as a primary treatment for warts. There are so many treatments for warts documented over the years....you know why so many? Because none of them work all of the time or even a majority of the time.

Warts are caused by the human papilloma virus and this virus can remain latent in epithelial cells for years.
