I don't see any scenario that a 9-3 Utah or BYU gets an at-large bid.
I think BYU finishes around #25 (Maybe as high as #20) if they go 9-3. No NY6 bowl.
No way Utah gets an at-large without getting to their own CCG game. I guess it's possible that two of the PAC-12 teams that don't play each other end up undefeated (Oregon v. UCLA) and both get invites to the playoff. But I'm not sure if that guarantees that a 3rd team from the conference gets an auto-bid to a NY6 bowl. I guess that's the only way I see a 9-3 team from the PAC making a NY6 bowl. Either way, it wouldn't be an at-large bid.
