As long as they "work out" coverage of their work
assignments with their supervisor. In other words, your co-workers work harder to cover for you. Take too much time and other people resent you.

Don't get me wrong, I don't feel they have an obligation to offer gobs to time off. I'm just saying, you and your co-workers remain responsible to see that the work gets done.
