By yourself or with kids? If with kids most of the popular pre teen fantasy works well. They tend to have good readers and are designed to keep your attention.

Harry Potter of course
Wheel of time (I haven't listened to them, but they are supposed to be good). Not really for kids.
Eragon - not well written, but catchy like a soap opera and you said you wanted that
Tales of the Otori - not for kids, but no where close to GoT. One of my favorite audiobook series because of the readers.
