- Keep notes on a user (similar to reddit RES feature. click on name add notes)
- access to dedicated mobile app
- New Rule: Any money from a poster with a "Ute logo" has a portion of their money donated to CougarClub. Just enough that we can thank them for their monetary contribution to BYU football.
