This is easy if you have a active TV account that supports watching ESPN, which it sounds like you might have.

2. Put it on your router or device (they have instructions)
3. Launch the apps an activate them

I use this set up with the ESPN app on a Roku connected to a Dish TV account. Any of the EPSN games work beautifully on the Roku, but requires UnblockUs and an active US Dish account. The ones that are on other networks, I use Dish Anywhere to watch.
