for us. My family has spent 25 out of the last 30 years overseas, and have had a slingbox now for about 8 years. The new ones are super easy to set up. They can be done. I currently am in the states, but my father lives and works in Kazakhstan (and we were in Indonesia before that). The only limitation is sometimes internet may be slow/down. Just make sure you have an agreement with whomever it is you place the slingbox that they will agree to watch the games. Or, get them to hook you up with your own box so there is never any fight for the TV. If you have any questions, BM me.
