is to get a VPN router from Sabai technologies coupled with a VPN account from strongvpn. Then you can access watchespn via whatever device you want (best option is an appletv or Roku 3 connected via ethernet to your sabai router).

Yes, it is very easy to set up. You just need to plug it in then run an hdmi
