I've been looking at the same thing. I'd only upgrade the RAM

you get more bang out of RAM, and unless she's going to be storing tons of pictures on the laptop the HD should be enough at 128 IMO.

My dilemma is whether to do the Air with upgraded RAM or the Pro with the same RAM, faster processor, and HDMI/card reader/more USB ports for $150 more.
