Like many SEC teams, they had a 1-2 punch at RB, but lost one of them. They return one guy and their 2nd man now is a soph who hasn't looked like much. Their receiving corps depth looks bad on paper. They return hardly anything meaningful in production from last year and the depth chart is full of a bunch of freshmen and sophs who haven't done anything.
They've got their OL, one RB, and Mauk, who hasn't been impressive. Add to it how often the defense likely set the offense up for success last year. I just don't see how they're going to be near as good. People just see opponent names and get scared. There's more to it. And this is Missouri here. Not the typical SEC recruiting school. They've performed in the weak part of the conference, but this year it just doesn't look as good for them. I don't think they're reloading this year like some SEC schools can.
