Average record of p5 teams vs p5 teams is 50%. . .

Pre-emptively, I am going to point out a tautology. Within any closed group of teams, the average win percentage is 50%. So the average record of a P5 team against other P5 teams is 50%.

BYU is right around there. Hence, compared to all other P5 teams, BYU's performance against other P5 teams has been right in the middle.
