Not great at capturing hearts and minds like bronco is, but most everyone believes he knows his stuff and is making decent play calls.

Unfortunately getting players to buy in and give top effort is just as important as knowing your stuff. Especially with a team like byu that often doesn't have the best athletes on the field.
