Last year I saw a convo on an ole Miss fan board about a pretty cool tradition of making something that's unique and related you their opponent at their tailgate. I think this year I'm going to do something similar.

So far I think we're going to have swachos using pulled pork. My wife wants pizza, so I'll make one or two pizzas. I'm thinking corn bread and a corn salsa as sides. Any other suggestions? Or recipe suggestions for a good corn salsa?
