EVERY conference champion should have a chance at the National Championship. A 16 team playoff gives everyone in the country a legit chance to contend for it and gives the P5 conferences a 2nd team in.

Unless every team in the Division has a legitimate shot (I don't care how realistic it is) I don't know that you can call it a true championship. Louisiana Monroe should have just as much of a chance as Auburn does.
