How bout Puerto Rico?
I know it's not mainland but it is a U S territory. I'm going on a 7 night cruise with Royal Caribbean that hits the southern Caribbean. Flights aren't too bad. We leave Jan 8 or 9, whenever that Saturday is. It only cost us $1,500 for the whole cruise with a balcony room.
