It has hurt us a few times, but even icing the PAT didn't lose the game. In fact, I thought Icing the PAT was more lame than harmful.

Closest thing to losing the game would be the 2 point conversion against BSU. I get why, but with less than 3 timeouts and under 2:00, you can't make that decision.
