Whether it's through the draft or UFA, BYU is still lagging way behind when it
comes to getting guys into the NFL. Less than 10 years ago BYU was second only to USC in players in the NFL from schools west of the Mississippi. Now we're behind Utah, Boise, USU and even Central Michigan. Heck, even Montana is nipping at our heels.
We can pull excuses out of every possible location but the fact of the matter is the program has slipped the last 5+ seasons.
