Diabetes and heart disease have gone up because of portion sizes
People are just plain eating more. Trying to eat a higher percentage of fat only makes sense if it fills you up so you can manage your appetite a lot better. It justmakes more sense to focus on eating more veggies and protein, without being afraid of healthy fats, IMO.
