Sorry, but he's wrong overall. However he was right on one point.
Here is the bottom line. High fat milk (raw is better) is very beneficial to health.

He is correct that calcium intake isolated does not grow stronger bones.

Growing strong bones requires a healthy and high metabolism and fat soluble vitamins as well.

The main concern of the video is fractures so here is legitimately researched info.
