Most major business programs have a 50% mix...some major companies are not
recruiting at BYU because of this.
The good news is that the Marriott School has an excellent reputation...so if you are a women in the program...you have a big advantage related to job recruiting.
Of course even male BYU business grads do pretty well at getting jobs. They would do even better if there were a greater percentage of women as classmates.
