Financial Review from BYU Athletics Annual Report
So, the Annual Financial Review has "Tuition Allocation" as the second highest category (at 17%) for BYU Athletics' 2014 Operating Revenue - behind Tickets-Football at 20%.

What is this "Tuition Allocation?" Is this the "University Subsidy" that the lowly G5 depend upon? Or is this something else? The paragraph above the charts does state that the BYU AD is self-sustaining and that no tithing or tax dollars are used to support the athletic programs. But, is this just an end-around?

FWIW, TV & Radio come in at 8% of the 2014 Operating Revenue and Sports Camps is 9%; Donations/Endowments is 16% and corporate sponsorships 10%. Tickets-M Basketball is 7% and "Other" came in at 5%.

Perhaps the money from a P5 TV deal doesn't mean as much as we think it does. ??
