Without a doubt yes. Although it manifests itself differently now than it did
when I was younger, it is still very much part of my life.
My body had a reaction to the doses of adderall I was taking and my heart won't tolerate it anymore without putting a lot of stress on the heart. After taking adderall, no other medication seems to have any effect anymore either. So I live with it sans medication.
