the Eddie Bauer Horizon Guide Pant. They are like $60, but I got lucky and scored a 34 x 34 on the clearance rack at an outlet mall (I'm the same size as you and you definitely want the 34 because apparently EB tends to size small). They are very light and stretchy which works great with their narrow and tailored fit. Made of nylon and spandex. They only have khaki and gray. They are more a match for a polo than a blazer, so not really what you're looking for, but I really recommend them.
