when i see a home listed with "semi-annual taxes" in OH. what does that mean?
the semi-annual tax for a home in Ohio is $2744
does that mean the total taxes on the property are $5,488? Or does that just mean half the payment is due at some point during the year.

It does mean they're paid twice per year. Guessing that's half the annual amt.
