I read an article the other day that said the whole auto industry is about to
change.

With the advent of self-driving cars, we won't be buying cars. We will probably pay for their use somehow, but they can pick us up on their own so we won't need to have ownership of a vehicle. It also said that insurance will go away, and that doctors and physical therapists will have significantly less work due to absence of accidents.

I don't doubt that it will happen, but I am skeptical that it will happen for at least 10 to 15 more years.
