My brother went down on Christmas Eve at 11PM (empty parking spots galore) to pick something up from his apartment (Glenwood). His car was broken so he took my dads down. He parked the car, ran to his 2nd floor apartment (first one on that floor), grabbed his textbook and came back down to the car. It took 1 minute but in that time the tow truck had already begun to attach the boot.
Long story short the driver charged my brother 40 dollars to remove the still unsecured boot from his tire.
Whats sad is that his broken car had the Glenwood parking pass that would've alleviated this whole situation.
