No, that's not true.
Eating after 10:00 does in fact make you gain weight. "Why?" you might ask?

The food you eat has mass, which translates to weight, depending on gravitational forces. During daytime you have the earth pulling down, but the sun pulling up. Late at night you have BOTH the earth and sun pulling down, amplifying gravity, making you fatter.

It's science.
