Which one of you idiots has the chevy volt with a Y sticker on it that was
65 in the Carpool lane?
Just because you can be in there with out someone else in the car does not mean you should be in there when your going slower then the traffic in all the lanes. So much fun to get caught in a long line of cars waiting for the opening to leave the Carpool lane to get around you while you chatted on your phone!
