I had left to go out of town in a carpool and parked my car in a business parking lot. I had arranged permission from the owner and was told "we do not monitor nor tow vehicles parked here". I came back and there was a boot on my car. I called the owner of the business and he assured me he did not authorize this and they were trespassing. I took of my tire, swapped it for the spare and called the company and told them I had permission to park there from the owner and if they want their boot back it was going to cost them 300.00. Never heard back from them.
