Pay them... As the cops do around me... I lived in Provo for 4 years, and witnessed Provo cops harassing Mormon dry parties, threatening to use force...

Had to go get a utility bill to show a cop that I lived at my apartment complex because I was walking around outside past 10pm.

I'm sure there are good ones and bad ones, but my experience with them and those around me was overwhelmingly bad...
