Totally inspired by "Inside BYU Football" show
I loved the personal look at the players and coaches in the show. I watched them showing so much dedication and discipline, and I couldn't help but evaluate myself along those lines.

The best way I can think of to show my respect to the team this year is to try to be more like them. I want to not only support them, but also to let them inspire me to do better in my life. I want to have more spirit, discipline, and control. So here's what I've decided to do:

1) Cheer on the team each week, no matter who the opponent is or what our record is
2) Refuse to yell at (or about) the refs, whether in person or on TV
3) Work hard before the game - make sure the lawn is mown, dishes are done, and the house is reasonably clean (my wife does a lot of this, and I know I should do more)
4) Go to bed at a reasonable time each day (and don't stay up until all hours reading the news reactions after a win)
5) Make time each week to do the writing I've been dreaming about for years

I just want to say GO COUGARS!!!! I'll be supporting you with everything I've got this year!
