It depends on what you want to do. We did our 10-year in Maui. We had been Oahu and Maui a few times, but we love Maui. We always stay either in the Kaanapali area or Kapalua. Kapalua Bay is one of the best beaches in the World. Drive to hana and hike up to the waterfall, spend the evenings in Lahaina, surf, scuba, etc. very relaxing.

We been a couple of cruises, but the one on Ruby Princess to the Bahamas, St. Martins, St. Thomas and Grand Turk (out of Fort Lauderdale) was really fun. Scuba in Grand Turk was incredible. We arrived in Florida 2 days before the cruise and went fishing in the keys and drove down to Key West for the day, it was great. The Cruise was great because we went with 4 other couples.

We also did an all inclusive vacation to Cancun with the kids, it was fun but I would recommend the following Maui or a Cruise (with friends).....
