time. I got fun of for being Mormon, for being a BYU fan, even had teachers give me a hard time for supporting BYU. It was bad enough that even when my friend's family took me to a Nebraska game, I cheered for the opponent (UCF FWIW). Most of that stuff happened in junior high when kids look for anything that makes someone different. I promised myself in 1996 when BYU got passed up for a Bowl Alliance bid by Nebraska despite being a higher ranked team, that I would go to BYU and Nebraska's first game no matter when or where it was. Right now I'm sitting in the airport waiting to go back to Nebraska and cheer for the Cougs.
