He says in the post game show that the game should not have been so close and that was Utah's fault. I don't think so.
IF you exclude the QB's (big if), MI has the better team IMO. Not by a lot, but they have some very good players.
MI's QB missed two wide open guys for TDs and they were not really hard throws although the second one was rushed a bit.
He missed another receiver for a TD who had a step and a half on the defender. That one was not as easy of a throw to make, but a good throw is 6 points again.
Utah had zero big mistakes. The only time the whole game the ball hit the turf it rolled right to a Utah receiver instead of the any of three MI defenders who would only have had one guy to beat to score.
Meanwhile MI's QB had two horrible pics and a pretty bad throw on the int for a TD.
Dimwhit probabaly is referring to the dumb late hit call that opened the door for the TD on the next play. Fair enough, but like most of us do Whit isn't giving MI enough credit. They win the game with a good QB or with an average QB and a little bit of luck.
