As a rule, you stink.

You're cheap, unresponsive, arrogant, slumlords. Exceptions are rare, and scarcity proves this rule.

Since a huge majority of you are Mormons, professing to be good Christians, I will add this:

Have you ever heard of the Golden Rule? You know, the New Testament, straight from Christ's mouth to your ears?

Do unto others, ring a bell?

Specifically, to the cheap skate that is renting BYU Approved housing to my daughter on 300 East just south of campus. Wring every penny out of that well-situated dump! While counting your pennies, hope that your grandkids never rent from a person such as yourself!

Fix Leaky Toilets
Fix the A/C the kid pays for...90 degrees inside.

Heaven forbid you consider niceties like floor coverings less than 40 years old, or a fridge that doesnt (literally) stink on ice!

I will take my own advice and "pray for those that despitefully use you".

Too hopped up on disdain and Dr. Pepper to sleep.
