Make him sign a contract
1. Tokolosh Jr. will care for the dog.
2. Tokolosh and Mrs. Tokolosh will not.
3. Tokolosh Jr. will go to dog training school with the dog within the first 6 months.
4. The dog must be trained to your satisfaction within the first year.
If any of these are not completely adhered you will (1) take the dog to the pound, and (2) repossess his Xbox (or something similar) which he must use as security for the dog.
