This thread has caused me to scrutinize the punch on various sites via various
angles and at all sorts of speeds. Conclusion?
Straight to the groin. See what you want to see, but it was fist-to-the-boys, with an immediate pelvic jerk backward in response. A shot to the thigh would cause the player to spread his legs wider to escape the pain, not jerk his pelvis back. We all know exactly when and why we do that.
