Pretty much determined by your qb. And there's some luck and good fortune there. If you pick the right guy but he gets hurt, you're probably done. If you can't find the right guy youre done.


Would be a tough business. I wonder if this isn't why Harbaugh left. In college you can bench a guy. In the pros the qb is probably making more money than you are.
