I live 2 miles from ECU's campus and nothing in the county is closed tomorrow. ECU has some parking lots that are lower in many areas of campus and they have closes those lots. They actually closed them last Thursday before the heavy rains. They also have a coupe roads near campus that drop down lower (going under train track bridges) that flood a little with rain.
We've had A LOT of rain recently, but the campus is still open and the airport is just fine.
