What does that mean?

BYU isn't a top 25 team.

But even after losing their stud QB and RB, they are still somewhere between 25 and 40 - which is top third in the Nation.

BYU is ALWAYS going to be talent-thin given their tiny recruiting pool. They are pretty dang good given their resources and restrictions.
