The fact he doesn't fair catch is the one thing I've been impressed about
in regard to Hannemann. Reminds me of that long haired punt returner at UW that BYU played against in the late 90s. Shows fearlessness, but I think you're right that the thought process is that they need to give you room anyway - just have to be willing to get killed.
