Here's what baseball should do instead of a one-game wildcard "round"
They should do a soccer style 18 inning cumulative run game. First day is 9 innings at the park of the team with the worse record. Second game is the next day at the other team's park. 9 more innings with the score continuing from the previous day.
As ridiculous as that is, it's still better than a single game.
