The true draw play was a brilliant call. Caught them totally off-guard. The I-formation near the goal line, having Matthews weave through traffic from left to right, and then hitting him in the EZ after play action, was also a very good play call.

I get frustrated with Anae's dives up the middle like many others, but I realize (1) they are designed to set up other plays, (2) he has a freshman QB who doesn't know the entire playbook.
