a PC for the first time. The faster chip and the cost certainly make me not want to wait until Spring for Apple to come around.

Don't get me wrong, I've had dozens of PC laptops from work over the years but this would be the first one I'd buy. I'm thinking Dell just because I don't want to send money to Lenovo China and cause Dell made their laptops look exactly like a MacBook pro. Would also mean I can get the latest Office and access PC games...

still undecided because I don't want all my digital content split on two platforms.
