The primary flaw with many calling for coaches to be fired:
I have to laugh at the implication that the "next guy" is going to do everything better than Bronco and his staff, and do it easily. Is it possible that there are coaches out there who could improve on what Bronco has done, and maintain the kind of program that BYU and the church expect? I would say yes, but that the number of people that I am confident would be able to do so is very small. I also think many fans are either ignorant or apathetic towards many of the unique challenges that Bronco faces, let alone the fact that he does so with a loyalty to the program and players that is found at very few schools in the entire nation. I will not say that Bronco is perfect, but I think he has a difficult job, and I appreciate how well he does it.
