Over the last 5 years I've lost about 30 lbs, unfortunately about 8 of which is lean body mass. Is it possible for me to put 5 lbs of muscle back on while I lose another 10-15 pounds of fat - all while I'm training for a triathlon? I can get some weight training in, but their obviously will be a lot more cardio.
How would I do that? Is there a diet for this? I seem to just keep losing too much muscle as I lose weight.
