We'll roll ECU on Saturday...
Sports is a funny thing. As you know, when you are thrust into an environment or situation that is vastly different than the norm you tend to play flat. A few examples that come to mind: Crowton flew his team into Reno the day of the game and we ended up losing to a Nevada team we beat by 50 the year before. The weekend before last, we are in the Big House in front of 100K fans playing a game at 10:00 am Mountain. Their daily prep routine was very different than what they were used to. Besides, they were physically and mentally spent and played flat.

This is why coaches try everything in their power to keep the same routine from week to week.

My point is, these ECU kids are coming to a place that is VASTLY different in every single way imaginable than what they're used to. Everything for them will "feel different" and unfortunately for them, it will affect their play on the field.

BYU 49
ECU 23 (some garbage time pts)

What's your prediction?
