I find that illogical, it is discrimination against LDS members. A Catholic at

BYU can remain non-LDS, quit their own church, switch churches, etc. with no repercussions from the school. LDS members must remain in the LDS Church or get expelled. This is an equal protection under the law issue, someone will sue the school AND win.
